ideology of a school magazine

- This is a brochure front cover for an Art school. It is aimed at people with an intrest in art, prefferablely teenagers.

- The magazine front cover contains a sketch of a female teenager doing art work. This picture is user friendly and is imaginative as of the minds who would sign up for this course.

- The magazine gives the impression that the institution deals with a target audience and they like to make a first impression with the front cover by attracting the target audience.

- The institution has done a good job as it is quite an attractive magazine for those who are intrested in art. they use a creased up paper look to relate it to the theme of art and then there is simple drops of colour that show creativeness behind this course.

- For instance if you have no intrest in this topic or school then it is still quite usefull as it is attractive. My only concern is that the whole image, even the font is quite casual and colour friendly aiming it at teenagers or children.

- Indirectly this magazine offers education in art, without knowing what they offer it gives off a college like vibe. The course looks alot more layed back and friendly as the writing in san serif.
